Short Breaks

Obviously we want you to have an enjoyable stay and to this end we try to keep extras to a minimum, therefore there is NO additional charge for oil or electricity. Coal and logs are available and after the initial bag of each which is free a charge is made.

Bed Linen and towels are included.
If you wish to bring pets they must be controlled, you are staying on a farm where there are animals. Pets do come with a surcharge of £20 per week.

Please state your preferred dates. We will then confirm this date when we know it is still available. A 25% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. If the payment schedule is not met the stay will be re-let. None of these payments are refundable so we suggest you take out your own insurance.

All prices include VAT at current rates; any changes in the rates will be adjusted accordingly.

All cheques should be made payable to Mr T.D.B.Newton (cheques only or by bank transfer).

Re arrival and departure times: The Linhay should be vacated by 10am on the Saturday of departure.

Arrival is on Saturday ideally not before 4pm so as to allow us time to have the property cleaned before your arrival.
