Take M5 to Junct 27

Then A361 to Barnstaple .

At Barnstaple take A39 to Bideford and Bude .

Stay on A39 until you see the B3248 to Hartland this is about 10 miles from Bideford and 1/3 mile from Clovelly roundabout

On B3248 after about 2.5 miles Lighthouse Cross the road to Hartland bears sharply to left and there is a road to Lighthouse/Hartland Point almost straight ahead/right.

Follow this for another approx 2.5 miles, do not turn off it is the major road. You arrive at a give way Youltree Cross go straight ahead to Pattard Cross

At Pattard Cross turn left to Hartland.

After approx 0.5 miles Pattard private road is on the left. Go down this track, The Granary is on the right down the track.
